  • Prices are per apartment and night based on occupancy by 2 persons. The price for each extra guest depends on the season and age, and will be shared with you together with your booking offer.
  • Prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • The local tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €3.00 per night and person aged 14 and over, payable on site.

Holiday information
  • Check-in / Check-out:
    On your arrival day, your apartment will be ready from 15:00. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please let us know by phone.
  • Pets:
    Your four-legged friend is welcome here. We charge €10.00 per day (food not included). Please bring a basket or blanket for your four-legged friend.
  • Smoking:
    Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. You are welcome to use the outdoor areas for this.

    • Deposit: To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask you to transfer a 30% deposit of the agreed price within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation.

    Unexpected events can happen at any time. That’s why we recommend all our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

    Cancellation conditions
    In case of cancellation …
    … cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival are free of charge, and your deposit will be fully refunded
    … for cancellations 30 to 8 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be retained
    … for cancellations less than a week before arrival, the full amount will be charged. The same applies in cases of late arrival, early departure, or no-show.
